Prior to your scheduled session, you will receive an intake form to complete and send back prior to your visit. This session will be a thorough review of the information provided which provides context and history of your life, lifestyle, lived traumas and current circumstances. All of which provide guidance in how to invite balance and well-being back into your life. The following sessions are 1 hour and will focus on the journey plan developed based on your specific needs and requirements.

Inner Child Healing 3+ sessions

Inner child work is a way to address our needs that haven't been met as children and heal the attachment wounds we've developed. Together we will identify your Jungian Archetypes to uncover why or how our IC shows up in our adult life. ICH session will be held via Zoom. 3-4 session are recommended
